Cynthia Typaldos (previously familiar to me as the author of the 12 Principles of Civilization, current morphed into the 12 Principles of Collaboration) is currently the President and Founder of the Software Product Marketing (SPM) eGroup, a network-based organization that connects software marketing professionals.
